  • I can't begin to explain my dissatisfaction with this company. In July of this year I had them fix the charging port of my son's tablet...4 months later the tablet will no longer charge. I took it to Verizon where they confirmed it was repaired wrong. I contacted the store to ask if they provide a warrenty and they informed me it was only covered for 3 months. here I am 4 months out with a faulty repair and they are stating I need to pay another 100 dollars. absolutely awful...never again!!
