  • This is my favorite bar in Phoenix. I almost don't want to write a review so that people don't find this hidden gem! But I must, because they deserve a 5 star review! I went on a double date on a Thursday night to bar bianco. I had never been before but the couple we were with are regulars, and now I plan to be as well. It is in a little house run by a husband and wife team. I can't remember her name... but she is the most adorable person and such a great waitress. She told us about their latest experimental drinks and let us sample! We ordered a bottle of wine and a few cocktails, all of which were amazing! The atmosphere is relaxed and encourages you to sit, stay, and enjoy. I will be back many times because the drinks are always changing - depending on what they bought that week or what extra produce they had on hand that they decided to soak in vodka! Bar bianco is amazing. Enough said.
