An emergency came up and I got stuck renting an overpriced car here as all cars were booked at McCarran on a holiday weekend. The office is a 6' x 20' box with 7 or 8 computers directly across from the drop off for people getting their cars serviced at the Hyundai dealership. When you enter the door, 5 or 6 weary-eyed, non-smiling, non-welcoming "customer service" agents look you up and down then continue their personal conversations. After gawking at each of them for a couple minutes looking for some sort of direction of where to go, one I guess felt sorry for me and asked if I needed help. The car they chose for me was in really rough shape and absolutely THE ugliest car in THE ugliest color I've ever driven. Everything was sticky in the car and there was crust on the seats. When I returned the car, I was hassled about things that were agreed upon at pick-up and questioned who assisted me. This isn't in the system??? BE SURE to bring your paperwork back with you as proof of the condition of the car and any other return condition agreements and get names because I was treated as if I was lying about everything until I was able to produce proof. Hard to believe this was a name brand car rental agency. Avoid if possible.
