Do not go here........Colin Trout: worst customer service and racist to boot. On the three occasions, I have had to deal with him he has been nothing but rude and should not be in the customer service industry. Luckily, they have Shana there who keeps me going there and have bought 3 glasses from her. After tonite's incident though, I will never go back though. Summary of Colin's quotes this evening as I picked up some ordered glasses and asking about an additional fee added to bill: "go back to California" "no one wants your kind here" "I don't have a manager" "u either want them or you don't."
My 15 year old daughter was present and nearly started crying. It also led to a 15 minute growth moment for her on how not to act in life. To the owners and management, please watch Colin. He is a liability, racist and a true hinderance to your business. I am hoping for just being a human, he was just having a bad day and we caught the brunt of it.

Went in to see if Shana was in to give them another chance and possibly get some Sunglasses and was told by gentlemen who said he was "the owner" that unless I change my post he would not help me. He stated Collin has a "short fuse" and that I should not have argued with him. Collin is still employed there and I guess "the owner" accepts Collin's behavior. Further, he did not want to hear my side advising he did not care as Collin does "sometimes good." Enough said. Enough displayed.
