  • Well, after my last bad experience with Don Boyer at Steve O's, I was reluctant to bring my car back for him to warranty the work he did (replacing a bad window regulator, late last year, maybe 9 mos ago). As expected, since he's out of town, after finding out who (me) it was, he told Fred (office mgr) to not do the work until He returns from vacation end of next week. Even after I tell him I'm going out of town end of this week. Fred was nice enough to even tell me that Don authorizes almost every warranty repair. Except mine!? So now not only do I have to spend another $300 at a reputable shop, unlike this one, but another $400 to file for small claims court! Tell it to the judge Don! You're the worst! And DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SHOP!!! ( unless you want to get ripped off) Steve O would be very disappointed in the way myself and others remember his name because of Don.
