About a year ago, I joined wadbod. And since the day I started, I continuously go 5 to 6 days a week. I know, from my own experiences, that it is possible to train that much without seriously injuring yourself. John Juadines takes the time to make sure every single person that steps through the doors at wadbod, knows and learns all the techniques and proper movements so you do not injure yourself.
