  • Thank goodness for the geniuses at this bake shop. I thought I had upset them when I interrupted their TextFest to ask for carrot cake. But no! They were kind enough to educate me on the seasonality of the carrot, and to inform me that to find such out of season vegetables, as well as to make 3 whole cupcakes, would take a 48 hour notice. Now that I know the complex process involved, I can understand why the girls behind the counter needed to sit down often and consult their respective Instagrams.
