It almost expected to have your order messed up when you get your food. Even the simplest things cannot be done correctly. How hard is it to input the right order into the computer and then give that order to the customer? The $5 fill up is a great promotion that in theory would work well but time and time again I have gotten home and discovered that I was missing a cookie, biscuit or even mashed potatoes from my meal. Disappointing. The only way I'll go now is if I eat inside the restaurant so I can at least go back up to the counter and get the food they missed.
