  • John helped my buy my first house back in 2010 in Scottsdale. He knew the area very well and had sold lots of homes to people I knew so I trusted his guidance through the process. He was great at listening to my needs but I think the thing that was most important to me was how well he understood the purchase contract and how to negotiate. It was clear he had sold lots of homes and he really knew the process inside and out. He had bought and sold many of his own rentals and flips which really gave him insight into how to get me the best deal. Now 5 years later with a wife and baby on the way Im really glad we got such a great place at a killer price.
