  • We used the Springhill Suites Bakery Square for our wedding hotel block. I cannot say enough nice things about the service that we received. Kaitlyn helped us with our hotel room block and shuttle service and was incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind. They were able to let us rent the shuttle for 8 hours, and were very easy to work with as changes came up. At the hotel itself, the staff was friendly and helpful. A lot of the guests staying at the hotel also commented to me how happy they were with the staff and how they were on a first-name basis with some of the people at the front desk. Just wonderful! Cannot say enough nice things!
