  • I think my impression of Sognatore started even before I walked in the door. When I first called the salon to make an appointment, the woman bent over backwards to get my schedule to fit me in anywhere possible. We scheduled for the following week, but then immediately called back to schedule me for the following day. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that the parking lot is SUPER confusing. I went up the wrong side of the road, then went down to the lease only parking, then had to back up and finally park. That being said, it won't detract from my opinion. I've been going to various salons in the Pittsburgh area, and have never found one that I've fallen in love with until now. Laurie did WONDERS on my hair! I told her my concerns and even went in to cut in bangs in my hair, for the first time since I was a child... She knocked it out of the park! I recommend this salon to anyone, they really take care of you here!
