  • I took my Cartier Pasha in to Orr's for repairs. A friend of mine who is in the jewelry business recommended them. When I went to pick up my watch, I was told that there was an error on my invoice. I was charged 25% MORE than the original invoice because I was only referred there and it wasn't my friends watch. A completely classless move. I would wear a Timex before I ever bought anything from this place again.
