  • Doctor Cade is a good doctor. His office staff (Ryan) on the other hand is very unprofessional and rude. I took my mother here for a future procedure. As we were leaving I set the appointment with Ryan. The morning of the scheduled appointment I called and spoke to Ryan to confirm the appointment and he tells me my mom is not on the schedule. He implied it was our fault even tho I was looking at the appointment card he wrote. Now the earliest she can be scheduled is a month away. He was rude and unconcerned with her pain and discomfort. He did not apologize for his obvious mistake. Very disappointed with the service here. I suppose my 91 year old mother will just remain in pain for another month thanks to his screw up. Good job. He should be awarded "least concerned employee of the month".
