  • I went in for about my fourth time yesterday for my birthday, I'm pretty sure the owner was the lady helping me, she was so sweet! She asked about my previous tan and if I was happy with it, I explained it looked a little spotty and didn't like it, so I think my skin reacted to it in a bad way, once I got taken back to be sprayed she was like I'm giving you this one for free because our tans are gaurenteed, now that's awesome customer service! I was in awe and said no no that's not fair I want to pay, and even as I was leaving she wouldn't even let me give her a tip!! But the tan also turned out well! :) and I would recommend this to anyone!
