Their service was pretty good and they were always seeing if we needed anything or if the food was good which is never a bad thing. Maybe a little excess of attention since maybe asking customers if everything is fine every 5 minutes is too much? But I'll give them the benefit of the doubt since there was only a family and my table at the time so it was pretty much a ghost town on a weeknight. The atmosphere is a bit awkward since it seemed liked we were being watched by the servers. They were missing background music because it was too quiet. We decided to eat the teriyaki chicken shared plate which provided soup, salad, and shrimp or wontons I believe as well as additional rice and entree. The mushroom soup was meh and my date didn't like it. The salad was good for the most part if pre-mixed with it's spicy tangy dressing, too much dressing and the taste becomes too strong. The main meal was pretty good with the shrimp, rice, veggies, and chicken. The meal tasted good with the exception that we wished the chicken was more moist and came with teriyaki sauce. The fried rice was all right but it's nothing too special. Overall, this place can work to satisfy that hunger but it's not special or unique to come back to again especially for the price. Maybe because it's Scottsdale?
