the facility is very clean and orderly....
i appreciate the waiting area and snacks for customers during service time....
when i phoned all staff was kind and helpful...
i walked around the facility and was acknowledged by everyone with a smile and a hello...
watching service interact with customers made me feel like i made the right choice to drive nearly 60 miles one way to purchase when i could have driven 20-25 miles!!
i have already referred a friend :)
the only suggestion for improvement so far would be to have the additional warranties that are available for purchase posted prior to the final sale...this way you can review them at your leisure either in the show room or take the literature home and go over.
