rev:text	The staff here is so rude, their service is borderline abusive! The host scowled at us upon our arrival, and brought us to a booth. Our server took a long time to greet us, and was obviously annoyed that we only asked for water. While waiting to place our dinner order, we overheard the disrespectful host get into a slight altercation with the family next to us. They looked perplexed when he brought the wrong food to their table, and instead of calmly clarifying their meals, he curtly asked, "What? You don't know what you ordered?" The host ultimately apologized for his behavior, but it seemed forced and insincere from my earshot. I ordered the fish and chips, and my husband ordered the dill and lemon crusted tilapia. Both our meals came with clam chowder. Mine had a hair in it! DISGUSTING! My husband pointed it out to the first waitress he saw, and asked for a new bowl. "Is that a hair?" he asked. "I don't think so, but I'll get you another one anyways," she said. No, "Sorry about that," or "I'll get you a new one right away." In fact, she took another 10 minutes to replace it, and seemed very put out. Our server never checked on us, and left the used clam chowder bowls on our table after delivering our food. The bus boy (who was the most polite of the staff) cleared the bowls for us. It's a shame the service is atrocious, because the food was actually pretty good. We will NEVER go here again.
