This has got to be the worst experience at this Starbucks so far. I come here regularly since I live maybe a block away so it is really convenient. I am a gold member, and visit Starbucks regularly. Honestly I would've rather drove further to a Starbucks with better customer service! The lady that took our order was really nice, but as soon as we got to the drive thru window, the guy was really rude. He was stating that he had to charge for the 'extra stuff' when all we wanted was for them to make the drink correctly not add anything to it. I explained that we get this drink everywhere else & have gotten it here & never had this problem, he didn't say anything to me & just closed the window & talked to someone. Later he stated for me to park and wait for them to make a new one. I was in complete shock when they asked us to do this, what is this a fast food restaurant?? I hate being asked to wait when I've already been waiting for about 10-15 min. A male who I believe was the manager, came out and gave us our drink. He asked me to explain what was wrong and I did, he stated it was the way I ordered it & I explained it wasn't, I always order it the way I did. He was really nice, and took his time to actually talk to us not try to get rid of us with 1-2 word answers. If it wasn't for him coming out and taking his time to talk to us I would've not returned, I'm really disappointed.
