I think this restaurant could be really good except for the service. When a hotel knows they are fully booked, it is a safe bet that your restaurants will be busy as well. With that being said, wouldn't it make sense to make sure your staff is fully staffed as well?
The food was average, not bad but not amazing either. I wanted to try their breakfast buffet but after the poor service we received for dinner I figured it wasn't worth our time to try it a second time.
