| - I chose one star because zero stars is not an option. Really, this review is only regarding Lisa in the service department. I took my 2015 VW Beetle in for its very first service on 06/18/15. Justin directed me to Lisa and I happily went down to her station for assistance. Without even glancing up from what I'm sure was a very important task on her computer screen, I was greeted with "Yes?" So I mentioned Justin had sent me to her. "For?" she enquired. Well service, I would suppose. It got worse from there. I told her they would be making me another keypad since my Beetle had only come with one and she asked if I'd brought the duplicate keypad. I responded no and then she wanted to know HOW she was going to make a duplicate if I didn't have another keypad! Oh, the horror. Well as it happened, my sales agent, Charles, who'd sold me the car, had ordered one for me and it was in his desk, which I told her. She asked for my name and was inconvenienced further by me telling her the gas tank lid did not need to be looked at any longer, it was working fine. "Oh, so you're a service tech now," she asked me. "let us be the judge of what needs to be fixed." By this time I'd had enough of her nasty tone - and she had yet to even look up at me. I went back to Justin and asked him I had to have Lisa as my service tech and he said no, he would help me.
