  • Ok so this is a mixed review because The first time came here the technician was really nice and she did a GREAT job but this time..... Omg No. 1. The owner is super nice and he seemed cool both times but the tech i got today was frantic i dont know of she was just hyper or what but her cart (where they keep the tools and stuff) had bags of clean tools and then a bunch of dirty tools all over the bottom of it. 2. Before i knew it she grabbed nail clippers out of a pile of tools (not the ones in the bag) and then started cutting my nails .... I was done. I looked over at another lady who was getting her nails done and her tech took clippers and instruments out of the sterilized bag and used them on her. 3. I asked my technician about the tools and she said ..... And i quote ..... "Oh sorry I forgot" im like YOU FORGOT TO USE CLEAN TOOLS ???!!!!! Then she saw the look on my face and started saying " this is a new salon , we never have complaints cuz its very clean. Dont worry no fungus" she must have said No fungus about 12x which makes me kinda nervous now reflecting back on it. 4. I guess in order to make up for using the dirty clippers she said she was giving me all this stuff that I guess only comes with more expensive packages but I wasn't impressed. 5. She cut my nails crooked and then said it was crooked because of a hangnail, but there wasn't a hangnail she just cut it too short. 6. She went to put the hot towel on my leg but the towel had some big black spot on it. I told her to take it off my leg. I didn't know if they used that towel to clean something and I didnt want it on my skin. Again, the owner and the people were polite mostly. The salon is gorgeous but if you go you need to make sure that the tech doesn't have a bunch of dirty tools she might be using on your feet. Its disorganized, unprofessional and just plain disgusting. Ill never go back.
