  • U-N-F-R-I-E-N-D-L-Y Receptionist !! Maybe it was an age factor, but if one is working with animals and/or kids for that matter, one should make an effort to focus on being friendly and courteous rather than focusing on the amount of makeup she has on or how sophisticated she Pretends to be. Almost thought there for a moment I was a person off of Van Buren or something. And, they offered, including owner, no helpful suggestions for my issue- abandoned dog. The staff at the Durango facility off of 27th Avenue and Durango made me feel more welcomed!!
