Apparently when you call to schedule an appointment, you're not talking to the location that you want to visit, it must be a call center of some sort, so it wasn't really this locations fault. However, I was told my appointment was at 2:45 at the Rainbow location. After standing in line for about 10 minutes to check in, I finally get to the the front of the line only to be told that they had scheduled me at 3:15 at Nellis. I'm not even sure how they could possibly screw up not only the time but location too?? At least they got the date right somehow.... I was told they could try & squeeze me in, but but considering I was in line behind a family of EIGHT & couldn't take one more minute of the lady yak, yak yaking on her phone in back of me, I left. Obviously I won't reschedule.
