  • Unorganized, uneducated staff that have zero customer service skills. The doctor has absolutely no "bedside manner" and the facility is unsanitary. They also made a scheduling error and then sent me a bill. After I disputed the claim with them twice, in writing, I just received notice that they sent me to collections -- two years later!!
