I dropped off my vehicle on my way to work at 7:30am for a 1:30pm appointment and I had asked them to change the oil, check the gas cap, and take care of the recall that I had been mailed. I called about 3:00 pm and they hadn't got to it yet so I told them I was on my way to pick it up. Upon arriving I was handed the bill which read $0.00 charge and I told the cashier I thought they had made a mistake that I should owe for the oil change and gas cap. She said it didn't show anything that I should check with the service department, so I went to ask them and they said they had only done the recall and did not have time for the other issues (i took off work early to pick it up). I waited around to speak to the manager and he told me he could get it in right away (which I appreciate) but I made this appointment over a week ago. Bad service and very rude when asked about their mistake at the service desk. I do not and will not recommend this place to anyone EVER. I chose 1 star because it made you choose at least 1, otherwise...well you get the point.
