| - Oh no no no... THIS PLACE!!!
Okay so first off... I walked in and sat with some friends I was meeting for dinner. After I had been sitting for a few minutes, one of the waitresses (I guess she was a door girl?) came over to ask if I was there to see the Pacquiao fight. (I guess they were charging people who were there to see the fight?) I told her NO, but even if this WERE the case (it was NOT) I had already walked in, without ANYONE greeting me I was already sitting with my friends and looking at the menu... you want to try and charge me AFTER you had missed me walking in? Come on!!! [MINUS ONE STAR]
Anywho... I order a drink and some 10 dollar nachos which on the menu included a choice of ground beef or chicken... Sounds easy enough right? Well when the nachos came... there was NO meat (as described on the menu) on the nachos? So I ask the waitress why there was neither beef or chicken on the nachos and she doesn't apologize... she doesn't say "oh let me tyake care of that for you..." instead she VERY casually answered, "you didn't ask for it..."
I responded with "umm, on the menu it says that I could have either, or... and on the same token... you didn't ask?" [MINUS ONE STAR]
This obviously upset her, but she tried to put on the bravest face she could and said she would come back with meat... and she did... about ten minutes later... in a cup? Nah... she did not offer to take my food back and fix it... she didnt offer me a discount... she brought me meat in a cup... for ME to put on my nachos. My friends who were visitjng from out of town couldn't HELP but laugh. It was ridiculous!!! (yes... worthy of ridicule...) [MINUS ONE STAR]
SO... I turned around and got a place setting from the next table (since there was NOT one given to me) and needed a few extra napkins. However, the waitress was NOT around to ask... so I went to the bar to ask for some napkins. The bartender (who was doing nothing but watching TV with his arms folded) was UPSET I was asking him... he huffed and puffed looking for napkins... and gave me... GET READY FOR IT... ONE!
I asked him "hey bro can I get a couple more?" So, he huffed and puffed a little more and FINALLY, in frustration gave me a HANDFUL of cocktail napkins. His response... "this is ALL we have." [MINUS ONE STAR]
Needless to say I will never come back to this place again. I don;t know if it was because they were, as other reviews suggest, understaffed or if they were just plain RUDE? Either way, I will make sure no one I know goes to this place.
I was hoping maybe it was my experience that was UNIQUE, until I saw the reviews. This place needs help. =/
