I have stayed here a few times now, but never under a promotional voucher. I am not sure if I would ever do it again mind you. The service aside from the initial reservation host (who was amazing) has been right at below average. I have been around the hotel and casino only to find groups of employees more interested in company gossip then helping out those of us here who are spending money to enjoy such beautiful benefits the Gila River Tribe are trying to offer us. I can say that this trip here to the hotel/casino was disappointing and here are a few reasons why.
The soap they offer is horrible in comparison to the Sheraton (offsite) Wild Horse resort.
I asked for a late check out, an additional 30 minutes but no the option for late check out is no longer available.
I called the players club to see about new month promotions and twice it rang until it was picked up by a messaging service that doesn't allow you to leave messages.
Promotional material offered is just as competitive as other casinos offer, but I was disappointed to find out that they do not offer any type of perks to those on their birthdays.
And that is just a few of the issues I had here at Wild Horse hotel and casino. I hope the next time I stay here, If I decide to a next time it turns out to be a much better experience.
