  • I have been ordering from Frank and Oak since Sept 2013 and I have to say I really like everything that I have received. I have had one problem with shipping (CANADA POST ISSUES) but F&O was really helpful anytime I have had any issues. I love the hunt club!!! so nice to just pick 3 things have them show up if you like them keep them if not print off the return slip let them know and send it back that easy! I have received almost $100 bucks in credit from them as they give you a % of each order back in store credit (hunt club only). I have purchased Dress pants, chinos, jeans, button downs, and 2 bags a backpack and a 5 day canvas bag as well as a canvas shaving kit all of which the quality is so nice and is holding up well. I really appreciate the style and cut of the clothes they were exactly what I had been looking for at a fraction of the price I was able to find at other stores in Calgary. I really would recommend them to anyone I have read past reviews but can't say I have had any of these issues I have never even had to call them for anything just a quick e-mail and they are always prompt to reply and super helpful.
