I would like to give zero stars but that is not possible. I started out buying things at this store a few years ago. I used to find some nice household items but now it seems very cheap and beware that a large part of their inventory is NOT consignment. It is their own intermingled cheap retail merchandise. Perhaps the reason they are needing to supplement the inventory is because if you take something in you will get next to NOTHING for it. I literally took in merchandise that I probably paid over $1,000 for and ended up with about $40. A LARGE majority of it was donated and never showed up on my sales receipts. I really think they are selling merchandise out the back door. I took in quality items and have no idea why they would get donated and you have no control over this at ALL. You must give them everything, pay a $10.00 annual fee and a $2.50 charge each time you drop off. This is a HUGE ripoff operation. New Tommy Bahama shirt that cost over $50, i got $1.98. Large Lenox vase that was over $75.00 new, I got 5.95. These are the types of returns you should expect. Kenneth Cole shoes that were only worn a couple times because I didn't like the style, over $75.00 per pair, they were donated....
