  • Without question this was some of the best service I have ever received. I was visiting the area from California when my serpentine belt broke. Unfortunately it happened at about 4:30 p.m. when most shops are getting ready to close. I called around and could not find a mechanic who was willing to stay late and help me out.....until I called Mile Auto Repair. I spoke with the owner, Chris, on the phone and explained the situation. Chris' mechanic, Carlos, agreed to stay late and work on my car. They were able to get the serpentine belt for me before the parts places closed, but when my car arrived at the garage, Carlos discovered my tensioner was also toast and they could not get that part because of the time constraints. I called Auto Zone and they told me they had the part. Chris then took me to Auto Zone, but when we got there we discovered the part would not work. When we discovered my car could not be fixed that same day, Courtney, another employee, arrange for me to get a rental car for the evening. Chris then took me to the airport so I could pick up my rental car. The car was fixed and ready to go by the next day. Chris then took me back to the airport to drop off my rental car. Chris, Carlos, and Courtney were all so helpful. I hope they know how much their service is appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend Mile Auto Repair to anyone who appreciates great service, fair prices, and quality work!!!!!!!!!!!!!
