I booked my hotel at 11pm on a Thursday for my stay in Gilbert on Friday and Saturday. My flight was delayed until Saturday so I wasn't going to make it to Gilbert on Friday. I talked to the hotel manager about changing my reservation and he told me I needed to give them a 24 hour notice to change the reservation. The problem is I booked it late Thursday night and so it was impossible for me to cancel within 24 hours. The manager said "well if you don't like our policy don't book through Hilton anymore." Awful customer service, the guy wasn't helpful at all and extremely rude.
