  • Discount Tire keeps on rockin'. Another auto mechanic told me my tires were worn down to the wear bars and that I needed all 4 replaced immediately. I took this under consideration and visited Discount where I had originally purchased them. I made an appointment for 5:30 but arrived an hour earlier since my previous errands didn't take as long as I thought. They folded me right in. After the initial consultation it was found that 2 of 4 tires didn't live up to warranty. They quickly went to the computer and had a warranty replacement quote lickety split. They were ready to replace them and I found I could not start my car to get it in the bay. The was later found out to be related to some work I had done hours before at another place that had drained the battery. It was closing time and I told them I would return at a later time to get my tires though I know they would have taken care of me if I had asked. As I was about to call AAA, one of the employees was kind enough to give me a jump so I could get home, rather than waiting on AAA to show. I returned today and the work has been completed. Discount Tire has my business on any vehicles I own in the valley forever. THANK YOU for being so awesome!
