Food: dim sum. Surprisingly authentic considering its located inside a casino. They had all our favorites so I liked that (har gow, bbq pork noodle, baked custard bun, steamed rice in banana leaf, pai gu, etc.) I did not care for their lobo gao - it just didn't taste freshly cooked.
Service: pretty good as chinese restaurants go! Ha ha. Carts and our jasmine tea were brought around fast and our check was handled quickly. When I asked for soy sauce they brought it. Can't ask for more people!
Location: inside the Gold Coast Casino. Restaurant is a bit small so I would not bring a big group here. (i.e. 5 people or more). We went on a weekday around 11am and it was a full restaurant.
