I am writing this brief review because this is the Corporate Headquarters for Bank of America. This morning I recieved a urgent text from Bank of America with a 267 prefix. That places the text originating out of Philadelphia, Pa. Thinking that this was dire and thinking the worst I replied immediately. What a joke. It was an urgent message to let me know that my debit card was inactivated, as per my request. A request that I might add was made in December 2014. Urgent my a$$! I advise you to instruct your staff to use that type of message in a timely fashion if you are to use the word urgent. In fact a text the next day would have been appropriate with a little more detail to confirm my request of deactivating my debit card. I certainly hope you reach out to me sooner when you suspect that I might be a victim of fraud or identity theft. Sincerely...
