  • If i could give less than one star i would!!!! This place is the worst i have ever seen the technology is outdated the staff if not helpful they cram so many patients in that appointments mean nothing!! I went there when i was new to vegas i saw the tv ad and decided to go, worst decision. i make an appointment for like 12pm, by the time i see the xray person its 1:15, then they say go wait in lobby for the teeth cleaning that was another hr wait. then another 45 min before the consultation, then about another hr before im in the dentists chair. i had to fill 7 cavaties, this was all day ordeal i was in the office over 8 hrs. what a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Another problem with this visit was I had one cavity that was pretty bad it was borderline whether it needed a root canal or not. So they tell me if it starts hurting come back and we will do a root canal. It started to be excruciating about 2 weeks later so I made another appointment this time for 12:30pm so I got there just before 12:30 of course I was directed to wait in the waiting area where there were no chairs available. After about 45 minutes I was just steaming mad I went to the front desk and asked them when I would be seen and she just tells me they will call my name when the dentist is ready for me. I asked this woman what the hell does it mean to have an appointment I was here on time I really don't appreciate my time being wasted if you can't tell me when the dentist will be ready I am leaving!! Her reply was "but I thought you were in a lot of pain" I just said, I am in pain but this place is just insane there is no way in hell I am ever coming back to sit here and waste my ******* time again. I will find another dentist. So then they tried to charge me $130 for canceling my appointment also!!! UN*******BELIEVABLE the balls this place has I guess they must need the $$ to pay for all those TV ads. So happy I never have to deal with this place again in my life If this place didn't run 30 TV ads everyday they would just be out of business I can't imagine they get to much return business with the way that I was treated as a customer I know for a fact that I will never go back.
