  • Room was cheap and I know why, hallways are dirty and smelly.They tried to fix the rooms but they still look dingy. Worst customer service ever. My toilet in the room overflowed at 2am all over the sleeping area. Was on hold for 20 minutes just to try to talk to someone to come fix it asap and no answer! I had to walk all the way down to the hotel lobby just to get things taken care of. The customer service person that finally answered had to put me on hold to try and contact their front desk cause they are not onsite. Their calls were not answered either. What's the point?! They couldn't give me a different room- fully booked they said. We had to wait an hour to get the whole situation fix and also had to wait for housekeeping to come clean the room before we can sleep! They did give us a later check in after I demanded in person at the front desk that they're taking away our rest and we had a long drive ahead of us in the morning- it's not worth the 2 hour sleep we lost in the middle of our night!! Ugh, will never stay in this hotel ever again!
