  • I am in love. Nowhere have I felt so taken care of as I have in this salon, hair-wise. The interior of this salon is classy and clean without seeming sterile or intimidating. In fact, the staff in this salon do a fabulous job at making their customers feel welcomed as soon as they step in the door, even if they are still working on another customer's hair. My hair stylist, Shin, was the most attentive and considerate stylist I have had in a long time. He looked carefully at the picture I showed him and told me exactly which parts of my hair would be cut, which parts would be layered, and how it would look different from the picture. He also told me the price for my haircut upfront, which a lot of hair salons do not do. About half of the cut is done with the hair in a wet state; the rest is done when it is dry. While Shin was cutting my hair, he would occasionally check in with me to see if I was still ok with the length of my hair. In the end, my hair looked exactly the way I had wanted it to. For the price of $40, I ended up with a beautiful women's haircut including shampoo and styling. Another thing that impressed me is that Shin made sure to finish up curling my hair even when his next appointment had arrived. It's nice to find a hair salon that cares more about their customers than their money. Overall, caring customer service, elaborate consultation, great technique, and stunning results. Oh, and did I mention they offer Japanese candy to their customers? I am definitely coming back.
