  • I have a 35-year-old house and I have tried many air-conditioning maintenance companies I was out visiting my girlfriend in Cavecreek and she used air conditioning by Jay. I need new I need to have my air conditioning in service but the last time I had them service I tried to sell me $15,000 worth of equipment, this was a night and day experience with the technician CAREY, he spent a lot of quality time checking out both of my units were which were about 28 years old I've had some modifications to them and he was just amazing what excellent condition they are he did his 25 -150 step process whatever it was he spent a lot of time here . I can't say enough good things about air-conditioning by Jay and now I have no problem keeping my house at 78° and it's working like a charm thank you air-conditioning by Jay
