  • Stopped in to check the place out. Had to buy a truffle, because they are all so enticing, just beautiful, really. I bought just one and I think it was named the Godfather. Beautiful shell art. Nice smooth chocolate. I can't remember what type of truffle it was, but I could barely detect any flavor accent. I don't think that's a flaw of Red Elephant chocolatier though. I have a difficult time with the subtle flavor nuances in chocolate. I definitely need to try some of their other chocolates.
