  • I arrived today at this location 5 minutes before closing (5:55pm) and was the 4th person in line. After the first two customers were helped, the associate proceeds to tell the woman in front me and myself that they're now closed and to come back tomorrow if you we need to mail something. It's my understanding that if the customer makes it before closing time and has been waiting in line for 10 minutes, they should be helped. I'll go out of my way from now on and use the FedEx store instead.
