  • The first thing I think of when I hear Midnight Diner is, "MMM! Grits!!!!" Their grits are incredible! Whatever I order whether it's the Veggie Omelette (delicious), the Chicken & Waffles (yummy!), or the San Bernardino (yes!), I get grits on the side. So you know the Shrimp & Grits is an absolute winner in my book. Every time my mom visits, she asks about this place. I try to spread the Charlotte eatery love by taking her to different places when she comes, but I know it is her absolute favorite.
