  • Good grief- the customer service department is the worst. In the past week, I have called every day- each time- NO ONE answered the phone. I have left messages, No call backs...They have my very valuables, in their possession- due a week ago- have they lost them? They really should get back to me. Appalling really. I honestly do not recommend leaving your stuff with them for repair.
