  • I've been coming to this location for four years now & while in the past their below mediocre service was okay to deal after today I will never come back. I walked in today with my daughter to get our nails done for her birthday. At first the manager mumbled something to me in a tone which I couldn't understand. Then he motioned with his hands to sit down and wait. The manager working there is always in a bad mood so I shouldn't really be surprised but I've had it with the women working here, they are downright rude and should not be in this industry. So my daughter and I started getting our manicure/pedicure done. The two women that were working on us started chatting in their own language as usual, okay whatever, but then they started looking at my daughter and laughing so I asked them what they were saying. She said oh.. (delayed response) she's so cute.. Are you kidding me??? It's one thing to talk in your own language but to make fun of a little girl is just disgusting. If you were saying that my daughter was so cute why couldn't you just say it in English??? Very weird.. Their work is garbage as well. I'm going to be making the trek out to Oakville and go to the Ten Spot. Their work is definitely worth the price and at least the experience will be better and worth the money. I'm a very generous person and I like to tip but when you speak in your own language with your buddy next to you and ignore your client you don't deserve one. I could tell their business is going to shits too because I remember being there at 9am on a Saturday and people lining up to get in. Here's a tip: Treat your customers with a little respect it won't kill you.
