  • We came to check out vehicles at this dealership. Apparently, they had been closed 4 minutes, although the "open sign" was still on and the gates were still open. We were told by a woman with glasses (who abruptly pulled directly behind my vehicle in an orange Jeep), "you guys need to leave." Quite possibly the most unprofessional way to tell a potential buyer that they were closed for the evening. Due to the unprofessional and unpleasant manner this woman approached me in, I will certainly take my business else where. This employee certainly needs lessons in professionalism and friendliness, especially if she plans to interact with public and sell vehicles. She may need to choose a career path which involves working in isolation away from clientele.
