Love it here, and I don't go nearly as much as I'd like.
I just went during "Restaurant Week" here in Las Vegas and I wanted to go back each night.
I had an iceberg wedge starter, then the 10oz filet mignon (medium rare plus). The chocolate cake for desert (I could have eaten the whole cake).
Everything was top notch. When other steakhouses seem to be calling their 8oz filet their regular cut size, Smith & Wollensky's regular still seems to be the 10oz, and it was incredible. Highly recommend!
The service is and exceeds what you'd expect in a high end steakhouse. I still want to get the kitchen table, which is, you guessed it, right by the kitchen so you can see what goes on.
