I love this store and I go there all the time. Their prices used to be really high and not competatively priced, but that has changed. They try to be very on the ball about the current market online so you get a fair price.
However, you will most likely be paying more than EB Games or Ebay as they are a small business with overhead. I have no problem paying the extra percentage because the people are great, they have no problem holding things for you (including new releases) and will try to track down anything you are looking for. Not having to deal with the jerks at EB games berating you for not pre-ordering is seriously the best thing ever too.
They're also the best place to do trade-ins in the city, giving you far more than pawn shops or EB/Futureshop will. However, if you want high-end auction prices, you're going to have to list it online and do the legwork yourself. I've seen a number of people come in thinking they can get 100 bucks for their NES, which is just not realistic at all.
They also have a large selection of DVDs and Blurays, many of them very competatively priced. They also have a program where you pay $5 a year and every game you buy earns you a stamp and with 5 stamps you get a free dvd or bluray. I've gotten many, many movies with this.
Definitely recommended :)
