  • Apple Store, I love you!! I had to bring my laptop here to help me with some booting up issues I was having. I made an appointment at the genius bar online. So very easy!! They do take walk ins, but be prepared to wait. They will text you when your turn is coming, and you have the option to add 30 minutes or 60 minutes if you decided to grab something to eat or are finding amazing deals at the clearance racks. :) The gentleman that helped me was very courteous, I often feel dumb when it comes to computers,but the gentleman who helped me(sorry don't remember his name) made me feel like forgetting the mounting screws on my hard drive was no big deal and a mistake anyone would make. I also went another day and dealt with Nick, such a cool, fun and nice guy. This place gets packed, but they seem to run the store like a well oiled machine.
