  • Took my brother and boyfriend here for lunch. They both ordered 8 Seasons Burgers with bacon and cheese, while I ordered a BLT with salmon. Service was prompt and cheerful and we received our food quickly. The food was pleasantly arranged and looked amazing; appearance and display was thoroughly appreciated My BLT came on four slices of perfectly toasted french roll. Garlic aoli was paired well with the salmon, crisp lettuce and tomato, and bacon that seemed to melt in my mouth. The side salad was fresh, delicious mixed greens, and the pistachio dressing was a perfect garnish-not overwhelming. My boyfriends' allegiance to previous burger favorite on the square no longer holds. He loved the taste and texture of the bread, not too dense, just sturdy enough, that worked to accent the burger patty rather than engulf it. He said that the burger was cooked to perfection, medium, and "tasted like a burger ought to taste." My brother said the burger was the most amazing burger he'd ever had. Lettuce, tomato, were fresh and crisp, and the garlic aoli was excellent. Both burgers came with mixed greens salads which were quickly devoured. The dessert was not quite as pleasing to the palate as it was stunning to the eyes. We got a strawberry-blackberry cheesecake, and while the texture and balance of the cheesecake was good, the berry flavor was decidedly absent. Even the chocolate dipped strawberry on top was underwhelming. That being said, the ambiance, service and prices were excellent. We will be back again, and look forward to further iterations of the menu!
