  • I called to see if they could do a one day cleaning on a linen coat. The person who answered the phone was rude to me. When I asked she said that they were done for the day (it was 2 in the afternoon on a Tuesday) I then said that I was going to come in on Wednesday morning. The woman told me that no they won't do it.... I'm guessing this company does not want money.... I wouldn't have written this except for the fact that she was rude over the phone. I'm guessing it's customer service at it best....
