  • Horrible customer service! Came in earlier this evening and Rep acted like he could be anywhere else but there assisting me. Extremely rude and not helpful. I had questions regarding a purse I had reviewed online and he had no information on the item and walked away after showing me another item that had nothing to do with what I wanted. Ended up going to the coach outlet across town and purchasing.
